The company Cloudflare acts solely as a technical intermediary for managing domain names (DNS) and redirecting addresses. It does not host the service data.

4. Intellectual property

All elements of the service, in particular its structure, its texts and the educational content generated by artificial intelligence, are protected. This content is made available to you for free personal and educational use, with no transfer of rights. Any reproduction, distribution or exploitation for commercial purposes is prohibited without the prior authorization of Mentivis.

The names “MentivisOS” and “ICIA” and the associated logo have not been registered as trademarks to date. They are protected under copyright law and by their use, and may not be reproduced or used without authorization. The conditions for using the content are set out in the General Terms of Use.

5. Personal data

Mentivis (SAS) is responsible for processing the personal data collected in connection with the service. For any question relating to your data or to exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent), you can write to dpo@mentivis.com.

To date, Mentivis has not appointed a data protection officer. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL), www.cnil.fr. 6. Cookies

To date, the service uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation, which do not require your consent. Any other category of trackers that may be implemented in the future would be subject to your prior consent, collected by means of the cookie management banner.
